As an integrative holistic mental health provider, I combine conventional psychotherapy with functional and natural medicine approaches to treat the full spectrum of your well-being.

My approach is grounded in neuroscience, psychophysiology, and mind-body medicine. In addition to evidence-based talk therapy modalities, I may integrate nutritional interventions, nervous system regulation techniques, trauma-informed somatic therapies, and lifestyle modifications. These are not alternative to traditional care—they are complementary tools that can enhance outcomes and support long-term resilience.

NeuroEmotional Technique (NET) 

NeuroEmotional Technique (NET): Bridging Emotions and Physiology

NeuroEmotional Technique (NET) is a research-informed, mind-body modality that helps identify and release unresolved emotional stress patterns that may be contributing to physical symptoms or psychological distress.

NET is based on principles from neuroscience, chiropractic, acupuncture meridian theory, and stress physiology. It utilizes manual muscle testing in combination with a precise protocol to identify emotionally-charged memories that are stored in the body’s stress response system. These emotional patterns, when unresolved, can influence biochemistry, immune function, pain, and mental health.

NET does not involve traditional talk therapy or reprocessing trauma cognitively. Instead, it helps the body complete a physiological stress response, allowing clients to experience symptom relief, emotional clarity, and improved regulation of the autonomic nervous system.

Peer-reviewed research has shown NET to reduce symptoms of stress, PTSD, and anxiety by helping the brain integrate unresolved emotional imprints. It is a safe, non-invasive tool that complements psychotherapy and other integrative interventions.

Autonomic Response Testing (ART) 

Autonomic Response Testing (ART): Precision Biofeedback for Root-Cause Healing

Autonomic Response Testing (ART) is a bioenergetic diagnostic technique developed by Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, designed to assess disturbances in the autonomic nervous system that may not be visible through standard laboratory tests.

ART combines classical muscle testing with applied neurobiology, biophoton physics, and electromagnetic principles to assess how the body responds to internal and external stressors. These stressors can include unresolved infections, toxic exposures (like mold or heavy metals), energetic imbalances, structural dysfunction, or retained emotional trauma.

Using gentle manual testing and a structured assessment process, ART helps identify priority stressors and guides individualized treatment plans. These may include targeted supplementation, detoxification protocols, emotional clearing techniques, or supportive therapies such as homeopathy and frequency medicine.

ART is especially helpful for clients with complex or chronic conditions—where symptoms persist despite conventional treatment. It provides a deeper layer of insight into the body’s regulatory systems, enabling more precise and effective intervention strategies.

As a fitness coach with a background in integrative health, we offer evidence-informed training that goes beyond aesthetics—focusing on metabolic health, functional strength, and nervous system regulation.

My coaching approach blends principles of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and mind-body science to create individualized fitness plans that are safe, progressive, and sustainable. Whether you're working toward improved endurance, lean muscle development, hormone balance, or mental clarity, your program is designed to support both physical and emotional resilience.

We prioritize mobility, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and recovery, while considering underlying factors like inflammation, adrenal function, and nervous system load. Sessions may also integrate breathwork, neuromuscular activation, and mindfulness to improve stress response and body awareness.
