"Health is wealth" – Char's personal motto and passion is to motivate others to prioritize their well-being from the inside out. She achieves this by encouraging individuals to embrace their own skin and foster self-love. When you cultivate self-love, you're more likely to choose activities, nutrition, and more that promote this message.

She firmly believes that selecting nutrient-dense foods, rich in vitamins and minerals, nurtures self-love from within.

However, with a plethora of information about what, why, how, and when to eat, things can become quite complicated and confusing. To cut through this confusion, she offers step-by-step guidelines. Initially, she takes you on a visual and enjoyable journey through a food cupboard, providing explanations and insights into healthy seasoning options. In her second class, she accompanies you to the supermarket, assisting you in selecting healthy foods for creating easy meals. Finally, her last class brings everything together as she guides you in cooking a wholesome, simple meal.

Char's background includes advanced-level personal trainer certification, a license as a Strong by Zumba instructor, Zumba Basic 1 and Zumba Gold Instructor certifications, and registration as a group fitness instructor. She holds undergraduate degrees in Nutrition and Health, as well as Sports Sciences. Additionally, she is a Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR) and a Nutritionist, boasting over 10 years of experience as a Community Nutrition Health Educator, along with 1 year of clinical experience.
